Q: How often did widget refresh？
A: iOS has full control on how often the widget is refreshed as it needs to balance the battery / data consumption. So we couldn't know how exactly it will refresh. If you would like to refresh immediately, you can click the widget then quit the app. If you are looking for a more real-time and continuously refresh, please click the widget and use the app.
Q: After app update, widget has turned to black or white
A: After app update, the widget may take some time to update. Please wait a moment or restart your device, the widget will automatically restore itself.
